Cancellation & Refund
· Activitybeds does not charge any fees. Cancellation deadline and Cancellation charges mentioned in our products are directly from the supplier policies.
· Our travel trade partners must ensure that they have read and agreed on the cancellation deadline and cancellation charges before booking any product from our platform. If the same is done by mistake and changes are deducted, we will try to get the waiver however it depends completely on our suppliers partners to accommodate the request and hence we would not guarantee anything.
· In case of our supplier failing to provide services for the particular booking, alternative arrangements are provided OR the money is refunded to our travel trade partners.
· If the booking falls within the cancellation deadline, it is the choice of the suppliers’ partners to accommodate the reschedule request, and hence we would not guarantee anything. If the same is denied, it is deemed as Non Amendable.
· Complimentory items are NOT REFUNDED by the supplier (Even if Not provided) . The face value of the complimentory Item is INR 1 Only.
